The WatchPAT™ ONE by Itamar Medical is an innovative and fully disposable Home Sleep Apnea Test (HSAT) designed to help diagnose sleep apnea and other sleep-related breathing disorders. It's FDA-cleared for individuals 18 and up, and provides a convenient alternative to traditional in-lab sleep studies. 

Disposable Design & Ease of Use

The device is fully disposable after one night of use, eliminating the need for return shipping. This makes the device extremely sanitary to use! It's designed for simple setup and use at home with only three points of contact: wrist, finger, and chest. The device pairs with a smartphone app to collect and transmit data to a secure cloud-based system for analysis by a sleep specialist.

Comprehensive Data Collection

It provides information on sleep stages (wake, light, deep, and REM) and can help identify REM-related sleep apnea. The WatchPAT ONE measures up to 7 channels of data, including:

• PAT (Peripheral Arterial Tone) signal
• Heart rate
• Oximetry (oxygen levels)
• Actigraphy (body movement)
• Body position
• Snoring
• Chest motion

Central Sleep Apnea Detection

The Central+ sensor allows for the specific identification of Central Sleep Apnea (CSA) and the percentage of sleep time with Cheyne-Stokes Respiration. This helps clinicians identify neurological or cardiovascular conditions that may be underlying.
